Despite that I still signed in to contact by internet with Thea again to continue with the quilt. Meanwhile, I have found a system in the way to fold the fabric around a hexagon. This way I can make 10 hexagons in one hour.
The result of slightly more than 2 hours work is 21 white hexagons made. In total I now have 58 hexagons ready.
Thea wrote me that she has 56 hexagons ready. So we decided that we will try to have all these hexagons connect to each other when we meet in two weeks again.
Meanwhile, I also work on the type case. From the beginning of this year until now I had made about 400 books. Collected music sheets and other things that are related to classical musik. That would be enough, I thought. Well it appears that this is not enough by a long shot. Many courses are completely empty or not full enough for my taste.

The first picture was when I start working on the type case almost 2 months ago. This is also an image of how the type case looked like when I bought it. Whitout the books etc., ofcourse.
The second picture was on the beginning of this week. Some partitions are cut out. Several things are getting their final place.
The third picture is this morning. The top part of the type case is almost ready. With the four courses, top left, that still are empty I am not sure what to do. Leaving them like they are and fill them or will I make one course of it.
I think with some help from my friends of our Dutch On Line Mini Club there will be a solution very soon.
