The roasted potatoes end up a bit pale after backing. Don't know why.

ReplyDeleteHi, I just discovered your blog and noticed your problem with pale baked potatoes. Try colour them with powder from artists' pastels. I always use it, because it colours so realistically. Best is before baking, but afterwards is still possible too, although the colour won't keep as well then. Good luck. I will be following your blog from now on. Cheers
