Still braiding

I was not satisfied with the electrical cable on which I had woven with the Kumihimo technique. The electrical cable became too thick for the purpose I want to use it.
After braiding just one streng of electrical cable I still hesitated. Is this still too thick?
Therefore I braided a wire without an inner core. And now I don't know it anymore.


This is how the three cables look like.
From left to the right the cables are about 3 millimeter, 2 millimeter and 1 millimeter thick.

I assume the plug that will be fitted to the end of the cable will not be plugged in for real.
Have we not several devices placed in our dollhouse more for a decorative purpose?

Maby it is good first to finish the device and than decide which of the smaller wires I will use. There is still some time left.
