This is so not me

I did not feel well the last few weeks. Don't know what it was. But it was annoying. I got on top of that a cold. And with this came a very bad headache. In this time I hardly did any mini. I started with several little projects. Put it on the side and a few days later I started again with something new. This results in two nearly finished cooking pots and lots of unfinished things. Have to finish these in the next couple of weeks. These unfinished things all have a goal. Maby I start on them next week.

And my workroom? (measure appr. 400 x 250 cm.) Well what shall I say. In the meantime this room went in a mess.
You can hardly see a spot of the work table. To give you an impression:

Even the ironing board is used as an extended table. If you're wondering how I currently ironing? NOT ! My mum does the ironing for me.

And now there is a new challenge waiting for me. The day after tomorrow I will go to the Dolls House fair in Arnhem. There I will follow a workshop given by Hazel Dowd. Working with fabric. Not really my thing. I prefer to work with wood.
Okay with a mother that occupation was a professional dressmaker. And who made dozens of wedding dresses. I have to work with fabric once. Have I? Can I? See if my mom is proud of me when she sees the end results.

Lucky me. Today I feel a bit better than last the weeks!
So lets start to dig through the mess in my workroom. Make space for the unfinished things, for my Washtub Cottage and specially for the Bickersgracht.
Didn't I write somewhere in the beginning of this year that I wood work on the Bickersgracht only? This memory makes me blush. Well ................ maby next year?

Off now to start digging.

Love the ironing board. It gives me the idea for more work space since I had to move to a smaller home.
    Have a nice day
